Milford Rotary's Club Induction Dinner at Aldario's Restaurant on June 24, 2010
Milford Rotary presented scholarships to students at our luncheon on August 13, 2009. Below is a photo of the scholarship students from Joseph A Foran High School, Jonathan Law High School and the University of Connecticut. Presenting the awards was Scholarship Committee member Dan Smith. Congratulations to all our students and their families for their hard work. Good luck to them in their educational and community service pursuits.
President Dave Hulme passes the gavel to incoming 2009-2010 President Chris Cody while Assistant District Governer Ed Davies and Board Members Blake Conant and Tracy O'Brien applaud. The Induction Dinner was held at Aldario's Restaurant on June 24, 2009.
Milford Rotarian Alan Jepson (below) celebrates his most recent birthday at the May 28, 2009 Rotary Luncheon Meeting. Alan has been a member of Milford Rotary over 33 years, a Past President ('95), a Past Mayor of Milford, the current Milford City Clerk, and a gentleman. Though many candles light up his birthday cake, he is a shining beacon for the "Service Above Self" motto of Rotary that he represents.
Stay tuned for our 2009 Season event! Below is our Softball Team after losing to Devon. Bob Bogert sponsored a picnic following the game for both the winners and losers.
